1. Extension of the concession of accumulation of privilege up to six months sanctioned in the Government of India, Finance Department letter No. 163-C.S.R. dated 24 February, 1919 to the case of officers who proceeded on combined leave before the 1st January 1919, provided that their privilege leave granted under the ordinary rules expired after that date. Interpretation of the phrase the first date on which they take leave after the 1st January, 1919, used in clauses 1 of letter no. 168-C.S.R. dated 24th February, 1919 regarding accumulated privilege leave.
