With effect from November 1, 1920, approval has been given to the employment of a confidentail and shorthand clerk at the Central India Agency Office at a rate of Rs. 250 10 350 per month, under the condition that one post of head clerk, second grade, at a rate of Rs. 125 10 175 per month, is eliminated from the office cadre as of the aforementioned date.
