1) With effect from January 1st, 1928, Lieut-Col. F.E. Wilson, I.M.S., an agency surgeon, was appointed as Baluchistan's residency surgeon and chief medical officer. 2) With effect from January 1st, 1928, Lieut-Col. R.E. Wilsln, I.M.S., Baluchistan's Chief Medical Officer and Residency Surgeon, was appointed to serve as Quetta's Civil Surgeon in addition to his other responsibilities. 3) With effect from April 17, 1928, Maj. A.G. Wells, D.S.O., R.A.M.C., a surgery specialist in the Baluchistan District of Quetta, was appointed to serve as Civil Surgeon Quetta in addition to his other responsibilities. 4) Major A.G. Wells, D.S.O., R.A.M.C.'s emoluments while serving as Quetta's civil surgeon in addition to his personal responsibilities
