Release of prisoners in Native States. Communicating to the Resident in Travancore and Cochin and to the Political Agents for Pudukkottai, Banganapalle and Sandur letter from the Government of India , Foreign Department, No. 52-I.A./C.,dated the 28th August 1911, regarding the grant of releases and remissions of sentences to prisoners in Native States on the 12th December 1911.
