Ordered that the letter from the Quarter Master General of the Army and its enclosure be forwarded to the President of Travancore & Cochin for any observations he may desire to offer on the matter of the petition thereon referred to and also for his views on the points submitted in the last Para or Lt. Colonel Congdon`s letter of the 21st April lasts.
