Resolution recommending that there must be appeal to the High Court from cases decided by the Presidency Small Cause Courts and that the rule of practice regarding the trial of contested cases before the full bench in the Presidency Small Cause Court should be altered and that the trying Judge should be exclded from sitting along with the other Judges constituting the Bench.
