Question whether the Government of India can legally claim and enforce payment of income-tax against a Foreign Government in respect of profits made by such Government in India. Opinion of the Advocate General, Bengal, that profits accruing or arising in India in respect or operations of vessels belonging to the United States Shipping Board are not liable to Indian Income-tax.
