Amendment of rules 1, 3, 43 and 46 of the consolidated rules issued under the Indian Post Office Act, in consequence of the enhancement of postal rates between India ad the U.K. and other British Possessions and between India and other Foreign Countries, in accordance with the terms of the International Postal Convention, 1920.
