Issue of notifications (1) directing that the provisions of sections 241-245 of the Indian Merchant Shipping Act, 1923 shall come into force on the 5th May, 1923 (2) exempting certian vessels from the above provisions; and (3) promulgating the Indian Wireless Telegraphy (Shipping) Rules 1923.
