Question whether during the currency of the Hon`ble Mr. A.C. Chattiyee`s leave which was granted under hold section 86 of the G. of I. Act, Sir B.N. Mitra`s service as temporary member of the Viceroy`s Executive Councils should be governed thorought by sub-section (4) of section 92 as it stood before amnedment or whether from 1st August 1924 the service should be governed by the raised sub-section.
