Decision that the part of the profits of the Shahdara Saharanpur Light Railway Company due to the U.P. Govt. is not exempt either from income tax or from super tax in the hands of the company and that the U.P. Govt. cannot claim any refund in respect of income tax or super tax paid by the company on the Government`s share of profits.
