Amendment of Sec. 102 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 and Sec. 72(1) of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 so as to cover cases of insolvents who have been adjudicated under either Act, and to add to the former Act a provision on the lines of Sec. 72(2) of the latter.
