Adjustment and settlement of transactions arising in the books of non-Railway Department pertaining to Pakistan Railways. Decision regarding adjustment of transaction with Pakistan- (i) from 'A' will be received in ACI which will enter it in c (ii) register and a manuscript (ii) Ac/P will remove the vouchers and return from A duly allocated to ACI, (iii) ACI will prepare J.E. on receipt of form B., (iv) AcI will prepare J.E. for the clearance of the Govt. of Pakistan, and send the J.E. to ACI for incorporation in accounts, (v) Ac/P. will maintain a register to record the transactions allocated to A/cs with Govt. of Pakistan and watch the clearance of outstanding items
