Decisions of the Govt. of India not to take any action in regard to the suggestion of the Calcutta tea traders association for the remission of the export duty at present levied on teas shipped direct to conadian ports in view of the preference now granted to British grown teas imported into the Dominion untile a decisionhas been rached on the question of the participation of India in a general scheme of imperial preference within the British Empire.
