Regrets to have to report, for the information of His Excellency the Viceroy and Governor General, that, since the dispatch of Agent's No. 53-189, of 5th instant, submitting a recommendation for the removal to some other district, of Mr. Brockman, Deputy Collector, Nimar, two fresh instances of grave misconduct and insubordination on the part of that gentlemen have occurred, which have compelled the Agent to direct his suspension from his present duties, pending the receipt of His Excellency's orders in his case
