(1) Grant of six weeks' luxury leave to Lieutenant Colonel A.B. Drummond, Political Agent in Malwa. (2) Appointment of Major C.E. Luard, Political Agent in the Southern States of Central India, to act as Political Agent in Malwa in addition to his other duties beginning on June 7, 1917, and continuing until further orders. (3) Grant of a noting allowance of Rs. 300/- per month to Major C.E. Luard for the period during which he would fulfil the dual tasks outlined in Article 168(ii) of the C.S.R.
