Northern Rly advises those who have completed the departmental exam set by the Punjab government for the clerical employees working in the accounts office at the Government Central Workshop in Amritsar to be exempt from passing the Appendix II examination for the Workshop Accounts Branch exclusively. a decision was made that those who passed the departmental exam administered by the Punjab government would be considered to have passed the Appendix II-A exam and their work for the government of Punjab would be recognized in court
