Recommendation of the JAC: 1. Decision that the scale of pay drivers Cr. C. should advised from 80-170 to 80-185 and guards Gr.C from 60-170 to 80-170. 2. Introduction of the following scales of pay for Shunter and Firemen:- Shunters Rs.60-150; 75-105 and 60-80 ; Firemen Rs.75-105; 60-80 and 40-60; and decision that direct recruitment with the min. qualification of middle school standard should be made to Firemen Gr.B. 3. Revision of scales of pay of Brakesmen to Rs.60-3-72-4-30 and 40-2-60 and 4. Revision of running allowance rates per 100 miles for the following categories as under
