Sanction to the reduction of the rent charged to the Bengal Nagpur Rly. for the telephone line erected by the Indian Telegraph Deptt. between Calcutta and Kharagpur to one-half of the ordinary rates from the 1st April 1912 until the line is put into efficient repair.
