Grant of Special pay and Compensatory allowance to Gazetted Officers of the O.R.P. Decisions that (1) the post of commandant, O.R.P. be equated to that of of Asstt. Director, I.B. and the I.P.S. Officers appointed to that post should draw special pay of Rs. 300/-p.m. and compensatory allowance of Rs. 100/-p.m. (2) the post of Assistant Commandant. O.R.P. be equated to that of Superintendents of Police, S.P.E. and an I.P.S. Officer appointed to the post should draw special pay of Rs. 200/-p.m. and compensatory allowance of Rs. 50/ - p.m. (3) Non-I.P.S. Officers, excluding Army Officer appointed as Assistant Commandant ( Adjutant) will draw pay in the scale of Rs. 720-1150 and compensatory allowance of Rs. 50/-p.m. (4) Direct recruits or promotion from O.R.P. or State Police Force to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police in the O.R.P. will draw special pay of Rs. 1150/-p.m. in addition to their pay in the scale attached to that
