Fixation of pay of retired released Army officers re-employees in the Central Reserve Police is Commandant, Assistant Commandant (2nd in Command and Adjutant) Company Commender and Quarter Master General question regarding. Decision Jah (i) The Pay of Such officers should be fixed in the scales half of the special pay which would have been admissible to serving Army officers a Deputation to the Central Reserve Police to the minimum and the maximum of the Army rates of pay prescribed for the post of Lt. Col. Major and Captain; (ii) for determining the pre-retirement pay of retired Army officer for purpose of fixing their pay on the re-employment in the C.R.P. half the special pay which would have been admissible to them had they been deputed to C.R.P. would be added to the pre-retirement Army Pay of rank; and (iii) Each case of fixation of pay of retives relieved Army officers on re employment in C.R.P. should be decided in Consultation with the Ministry of Finance
