(1.) Amendment of Rule 36 (b) of the Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955 to provide for the confinement of a member of the force, sentenced to imprisonment under the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 in the nearest Jail. (2.) Request to the Government of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir to accept prisons belonging to C.R.P. for confinement in the Jails under their Jurisdiction
