Employees (1) Rlys informed that the disbursement of pensions through Rly. pay offices is under Board's consideration but personal appearance of pensioners at the treasury is not necessary as pensions can be drawn through an agent (Bank) and by M.O.-61 Acs (Pension0 /2 Dt.21.2.61 (2) Limit of sending pension by M.U. raised for Rs. 100/- to Rs. 200/- (61 Acs (Pension) /2 Dt.21.2.61 (3) Shri Singhri, M.P., informed about the consideration for arranging pension disbursements through civil Treasuries instead of from Rly. pay officers-61 Acs (Pension) /2 Dt.31.8.65 (4) Revised simplified procedure of Ags issuing revised P.P.C. for reduced amount of pension simultancously with the authority for payment of commuted money. (5) Correction slips to treasury Rules in Connection with pension disbursements. (6) Limit of payment of arrears pension raised for Re.1.000/- to Rs. 2.500/- E(G)67PN2-2 of 10.8.67. (7) On Postal M.O. from remitting pension by M.O. it should be indicated that the amount is to be paid to payee only (61 Acs(Pension)/2 of 10-10-69. (8) C.Rly. informed that the pensioner be addressed to intimate receipt of pension amount when M.O. receipt has not been received and signature on the intimation for receipt of pension from pensioner verified-61 Acs (Pension)/2 of 17-3-68. other Railway informed-61 Acs(Pension)/2 of 19.12-69. (9) Limit of sending pension by M.O. raised for Rs. 200/- to Rs. 250/- (61 Acs(Pension)/2 of 31-12-69. No further action is necessary and no code corrections are involved
