Decision that Railway officers in Class I and Class II should obtain the prior permission of Government even in cases where their sons/daughters or dependents accept Apprenticeship with private firms with which the officers have official dealings or with other important firms having official dealings with the Government of India where, however, such Apprenticeship does not carry with it a commitment to employ, no permission from Government is required out only a report need be made to Government
