Supreme Court's Judgement holding Rule 1/8(3) (Revised as 149(3)-RI) as ultra vires of Articles 311(2) 14 of the Constitution of India- Action to be taken in cases of termination of service of staff already dealt with, consequent on the above judgement, and policy to be followed in future- consequent amendments to rules agreements, etc.- arising out of case of Shri Priya Gupta. Decided, in consultation with Ministry of Home and Home Ministry, that Law of Limitation may apply in Shri Gupta's and other cases
