Counting of the service rendered in the Inspectorate of General Stores etc., Kanpur, by Shri N.R.A. Subramanian, formerly Stenographer in the Ministry of Railways, now in Rajya Sabha for purposes of pension. (1) The service in the Inspectorate of General Stores and Technical Development Establishment Stores, Kanpur does not satisfy the provisions of Article 356 or 357-C., C.S. Rs. and hence not to be treated as war service or Military service for pension. (2) The said service would count towards pension as admissible under the normal rules of the Ministry of Finance O.M.No. F.3(55)-EV(A)/60 dated 19.1.1962, the Defence Department sharing the liability therefor
