Transfer to the Government of Burma of a portion of the proceeds of cess and other monies remaining in the hands of the Indian Cotton Cess Committee on 31st March 1937 - Adaptation of the Indian Cotton Cess Act, 1923 under section 293 of the Government of India Act, 1935 so as to legalize the transfer.
