Scales of pay and Liberalised have rules viz a viz provisions of para 1904-E Intepretation of The G.M., N.E. Railway informed that the date for determining the eligibility of ex. Company staff who have elected both the CPC scales of pay and liberalised leave rules for rent free accommodation and or rent in terms of para 1904-E is the date on which the railway was taken over and not the date on which the provisions of the aforesaid para came into force
