Regulation of pay of temporary offg. Railway servants during the period treated as 'duty' under F.R.9 (6) (b) 2003 (6) (b) - In the case of a temporary officiating Railway servant without any lien on a permanent post treated as on duty under the said rule the authority to whom powers have been delegated under F.R. 20 (20 15-RII) may fix the rate of pay to be given to him for such period provided that it shall not in any case be more than the officiating pay which the Railway servant would have drawn in the normal course
