Rule1 1337 R.l- Withholding of Government contribution to P.F under Clarification instruction issued to Railways to the effect (a) The word grade misconduct in Rule 1337(1)E.I embraces all cases of dismissal in terms of items - 1-V of rule 1706-R.I (b) The question as to which case is grave enough to merit forfeiture of Government Contribution to P.F and to what extent must be decided by the controlling officer on merits (c) In Case of resignation within 5 years of types of cases in which Government contribution should be withheld or the quantum there of/its to be decided by the controlling officer on the merits of each case
