Northern Railway: Adjudicator's Award- Computing of time spent on duty by Traffic Running Staff:- The Northern Railway advised that the Board consider that there is no justification for the orders contained in their letter No. E(S)I-57/Adj/25 dated 28.4.60 being given retrospective effect from 1.4.60. However, in the circumstances explained by the Administration, the Board had no objection to its waiving the over payments made to the staff on account of spare travel from 1.4.51 to 25.11.56 under the G.M's own powers
