Compliant that class I officers of the C.P.W.D. offg. in the senior scale have been allowed subsequent increment after initial fixation in P.S. irrespective of the consideration whether these pay in the Junior scale corresponded to that in the senior scale in terms of para 9(1) of the R.S. (ROP) rules or not which concession has been denied on the Rly. side. Noted and Orders. The Association informed that officers of the C.P.W.D. in question and Rly officers are not on the lame tooting because officers of Rly services Cl-I belong to an established Central Service class I in C.P.W.D. officers do not do so
