Discussions on the Railway Budget in the Rajya Sabha, 1958-1959 The following are some of the points raised by Shri Ratanlal Kishorilal Malviya, M.P.: (1) Provide rest homes for T.B. patients after they have finished their treatment; and (2) Introduce a life insurance programme for all employee classes. Regarding item (1), nothing has been done because convalescent homes exist. Regarding item (2), the commission that had made specific suggestions in this regard ruled that the group insurance plan did not need to be pursued
