Backward Classes Commission-Whether members of legislatures who are also members of the Commission can receive a d.a. of Rs. 40/- during the period the Parliament is in session even if they are not actually attending the meetings of Parliament, and whether they can also receive a compensatory allowance of Rs. 10/- as other members do
