For the Government's information, we are forwarding a letter in original I.F. No. 3, dated 25th ultimo, from Brigadier General Tombs, V.C. and C.B., stating that, during his recent inspection visit, he found the police arrangements and bazar conservancy at the Seepree station in such unsatisfactory conditions that he believes it is absolutely necessary to direct the Gwalior Cantonment Magistrate to proceed there at the public expense in order to correct these arrangements. and suggests giving him the customary travel allowance
