Combining various types of leave with Maternity Leave. The decision was made to grant a female railway employee regular leave after her maternity leave, provided she could show a medical certificate from an authorised medical attendant attesting to the fact that her newborn needs her personal care and that she must remain by the baby's side at all times. A note under Rules 2267(S.R.263)-RII has also been added
