Directors are Sarvashri Parshotam Lal, P.M. Narsimhan, P.S. Doraisamy, Kunwar Bahadur, V. Sriraman, and A.N. Kapur. 4. In response to Shri V. Sriraman's claim that he should be granted the earlier vacancy since he is senior to Shri A.N. Kapur, he was told that there is no basis for changing the orders that have already been issued. The Board decided that Sectt. Service officers could be eligible for confirmation against permanent posts in the same or comparable Directorates if they worked satisfactorily as Dy. Directors for three years or longer
