The rates for uniform allowances, laundry, and messing that are available to nursing staff. a decision to pay laundry allowance to nursing personnel during brief leaves of absence, regardless of the purpose of the leave, for a maximum of one month. The decision was made to offer Messing allowance to nursing personnel for earned leave, up to a maximum of four months at a time, and for sick leave, up to half of average salary if the staff is in a hospital or nurses' home, but not more than four months at a time. In terms of uniform allowances, it is decided that the annual stipend that such Nursing students are eligible to receive should be reduced proportionately if their absences last longer than four months at a time
