1. The National Commission on Labour constituted by Resolution dated 24.12.1966 to review petition regarding conditions of labour since Independence, and to report to the Government-The Commission prepared a comprehensive questionnaire, which was circulated in April 1967-2. The reply to the questionnaire issued by the Commission furnished by all Railways etc. including production units, kept in Annexures separately:-Annexure I-Contains Railways' replies to sections I to IV of the questionnaire while Annexure II contains Railways replies to the rest of the sections, viz. sections V to X of the questionnaire. 3. The replies examined and finalised in Board's office-Reinal reply in bound volume on behalf of all Railways sent by the Board to the National Commission Labour on 4.11.1967
