Method of calculating wages in cases of interruption by absence from work exceeding 14 days. Decision:- (i)That the procedure for portion other than Ajmer-Merwara section which has been in vogue should be followed and that if the procedure is questioned the case should be taken to the appropriate court for decision. (ii) For Ajmer-Merwara Section, the Chief Commissioners may be asked to submit the question under section 27 of the Act for the decision of the new Judicial Commissioner
