Reference from the Southern Railway regarding, Electricity consumption charges on the Handicraft Centres should be borne by the Railway Revenues. Decision:- 1. that the accommodation for Handicrafts Centres should be provided in spare Railway Buildings free of rent. No new building for this purpose should be constructed without prior approval of the Board. 2. that the charges for electricity and water consumed by the Handicraft Centres located in Railway buildings should be borne by the Railway Revenues. Where the Handicraft Centres are housed in Railway Institutes these charges will be borne by the Institutes
