Decision taken in consultation with the Minister of Finance and the Addl. Dy. Comptroller and Auditor General of India Rlys that the amount of Rs. 4.42 Lakhs invested by the Madras Govt. Mecheri-Mettur Dam Section. should be taken in the Railway Books without any financial adjustment and that it should be taken into account for the purpose of devidend to the General Revenues from 1.4.57
