Fixation of pay of an ex-Coy officer of the newly class II service on his promotion to Senior Scale Decision that the pay of an ex-Coy officer of Cl: II service relating pre 31 scales should be fixed on his promotion to Sr. Scale in accordance with Railways Bd's order No.2 below F.R. 31 (2027-R) App: XXX-R except that the extra amount of Rs.100/- shall be substituted by the sum equal to the usual difference between the Jr. and Sr. scales of pay for a corresponding year of service except in the case of S.I. Railway in whose case the pay will be fixed under the ex-Coys acting allowance rules
