Examination of O.S.D. (Co-op: Societies) Survey Report, Para 19 and 51 (Part) -Insurance Recommendations that:-1.Railway Employees Co-op: Insurance Society Ltd., Calcutta and B.N. Rly. Employees Co-op: Provident Insurance Society Ltd. should be amalgamated 2.The Society so formed should be brought within the frame-work of the Co-op : structure and given due recognition 3. The institution should be developed to undertake fire & general insurance. 4.All co-op: Societies on the Rlys should be compulsorily required to insure their entire stocks with this institution. Co-op: insurance society should be a natural growth. Amalgamation not approved
