Question whether in amending section 14 of the Assam General Clauses Act 1915 in its application to the excluded area and partially excluded areas in Assam reference to the scheduled district Act (XIV of 1874) should be retained in view of the provisions of section 92(1) of the Govt. of India Act, 1935.
