The Permanent Negotiating Machinery's operation and the waiting period for correspondence disposal (Item 1 of the agenda for consideration at the PNM meeting held on July 12, 64). decided that: (i) The agenda should only contain 30 items at a time for meetings; any more items may be saved for later P.N.M. meetings after the first 30 are discussed. (ii) Following a judgement on the Joint Consultation Machinery Scheme, arbitration in the PNM Scheme will be taken into consideration. (iii) A small delegation of delegates might discuss outstanding PNM matters with the Joint Director or Director, Establishment at the time of PNM to find out how old items were progressing
