Central:-Maintenance of the confidential report on employees in grades Rs. 210-380/250-380/(AS) -Decided that the Gazetted Officer should initiate C. Rs. for staff in grades 210 and above, while Supervisory staff in grades 335-525 (AS) or above should initiate C. Rs. for staff in lower grades, subject to review and countersignature by the Gazetted Officer. It was also decided that, regardless of the instructors' grades, C.R.s. should be started by the head of the school, head mistress, or principal and signed by the concerned gazette executive officer
