Kerala Proclamation third extension. Resolution under proviso to clause (4) of article 356 of the Constitution to obtain the approval of both House of Parliament for the continuance in force of the Proclamation dated 24th March 1965 in respect of the State of Kerala, issued under clause (1) of Article 356 by the Vice President discharging the functions of the President, for a further period of six months with off from 11th November, 1966
