Publication of the Recruitment Rules in the Gazetted of India. Reference from the Ministry of Home Affairs that (i) the Rules should be published with a suitable preamble referring to Article 309 of the Constitution and (ii) the Rules should be published in Para II Section 3 of the Gazette of India.- Decided in consultation with the Min. of Law that (i) in future all recruitment rules should have a preamble as under: In exervise of the powers conferred to the provides to article 309 of the constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the recruitment to the namely (ii) recruitment Rules should be published in Part II section 3 of the gazetted of India with the Concurrence of the Ministry of Law
