Relaxation of the operation of Articles 478 (a) and 479 of the Civil Service Regulations in favour of M. Nadir Khan, a retired mail overseer of the Kalka Simla line, in order to permit him to draw a pension of Rs. 9-5-4 a month, admissible under Article 474 (b) of those Regulations.
